The estate stands among majestic old pines, with mushrooms growing underfoot. The territory overlooks the lake of the same name, famous for its excellent fishing. There is a designated area for a beach and a pier with a boat. In the yard there is the obligatory barbecue with a smokehouse and furniture for gatherings.

The house is built from good warm timber. The lowest (basement) level is given over to a sauna with shower and a relaxation room. Above there is an entrance hall, a fireplace room, 2 bedrooms, a room with a shower and a toilet. Even higher are 3 bedrooms and private amenities.

The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. There is a large set of dishes.

The time for picking mushrooms and berries is extended over the summer-autumn season. In the spring, and then from the 2nd half of autumn until the end of February, hunters go hunting for small and large game. In winter, the thickness of the snow cover allows skiing and snowmobiling.
