The shoreline of the lake has an uneven shape - many estuaries, lowlands that are flooded during high water, and bays of various sizes. The lake at different time intervals has different diameters from 350 to 800 km2. It is shallow - in most places it does not reach 0.6 m, in the middle - 5-8 meters.
