Biserovskoye Lake (Rybkhoz)

Biserovo, which is one of the popular fishing spots, offers several reservoirs belonging to the fishing industry for this purpose.

One of its functions is the cultivation and breeding of fish, and therefore there are no problems with interruptions in stocking of paid ponds. This work is carried out regularly and is regularly reported to clients.

Reviews 2021 about the beaches of Lake Biserovo

According to Yandex. According to the maps, there are 14 beaches on the shore of the reservoir. Half of them stretch in a chain along the eastern side along the Biserovskoye Highway. There are 3 beaches each in the north near the village of Biserovo and in the west near the Vodopyanovsky dachas. Another site is located on the southern edge of the reservoir and is easily accessible on foot from the Kupavna railway station.

Most reviews are devoted to the wild beaches of the eastern side. Firstly, most vacationers stop here, and secondly, the shore here is flat, the entrance to the water is smooth and the bottom is flat, and these are ideal conditions for traveling with small children. There are sandy beaches and areas with trampled earth.

Garbage containers have been installed, but not everyone uses them. The beach is not regularly cleaned; cleanliness is maintained on a voluntary basis by residents of nearby dachas, so be prepared to encounter littered areas.

But the water in the lake is relatively clean. The authorities periodically find and eliminate illegal wastewater from household waste, and no strong human influence on the reservoir has yet been observed. A shallow water zone stretches along the eastern side, and in general Biserovo cannot boast of great depth: a maximum of 3.8 meters, an average depth of 2.5 meters. Due to this, the water warms up well. But there is also a minus - flowering begins already in the third decade of July.

Another disadvantage of the eastern side is its proximity to the road. Yes, you can park your car on the side of the road and within 3-5 minutes you will be near the water, but you will have to put up with the noise from the highway. If you want silence, head to the beaches of the village of Biserovo or Vodopyanovskie dachas. Here the shore is less flat, and the water is cooler, since springs gush out on the western side and a stream flows in, but there are fewer people and it is far from the highway.

Basic moments

Biserovo Lake is deservedly one of the most popular bodies of water in the region. Active fishing, beach holidays, healing springs - many advantages attract guests from the capital, Moscow region and neighboring regions to these regions. Developed infrastructure is a fair response to a large number of visitors. Despite the opportunity to relax as “savages” here, tourists will definitely not be left without the necessary amenities.

The lake is fed by three streams, two of them flow from its western part, and the third - near the village of Biserovo. The Shalovka River flows from the reservoir, which, bypassing the villages of Shulgino and Obukhovo, flows into Klyazma. These places are distinguished by a strikingly favorable environmental situation, which makes them a suitable option for a long seasonal holiday, especially with children.

Story

Bead Lake is rightfully famous for its rich history, which dates back to the times of primitive man. Archaeological excavations were repeatedly carried out in the vicinity of the reservoir, which showed that in ancient times there was a fairly large settlement on the eastern shore.

Among the discovered artifacts, scientists were able to identify dishes, household utensils and household items. Also, local residents quite often report historical finds; on the shores of Lake Biserova, flint tools and shards of ancient dishes, washed out of the depths of the earth by water, periodically turn up.

In 1939, the Moscow Regional Museum conducted full-scale archaeological research, as a result of which ancient ceramics and remains of stone tools were extracted from the depths, which indicated the presence of several settlements on the lake shore. In total, according to researchers, in this territory there are seven sites of ancient man dating back to the early Neolithic period.

According to legend, Lake Biserovo received its name thanks to Empress Catherine II, who became interested in the natural beauty of the coast. While walking along the pond, she accidentally dropped an ornament made of beads. They were unable to find the trinket at the bottom, which is why such an unusual name appeared on the map.

Another important milestone in the history of Biserovo was the period when the Donskoy Monastery was located here. The novices of this holy place lived very secludedly and were engaged in breeding sterlet. Even then, several centuries ago, the lake was famous for its clean water and a significant amount of fish.

Holidays on the lake

The short distance from the city and picturesque nature attract vacationers to the shores of Lake Biserova every year. There is a fairly solid infrastructure here: several recreation centers operate, there is a year-round fishery, and there are mud treatment and health centers.

Fishing

Among fishing fans, Biserovo is an honorable and very popular location. The lake is home to many popular species: gudgeon, crucian carp, perch, pike, roach, carp, trout and others. The population is maintained by annual stocking, which is carried out by the nearby Biserovsky Fish Factory farm.

Private fishing is carried out here all year round, but you can only get the right to it for a fee. Depending on the season, catch volumes and type of equipment, the price range varies. The license also stipulates the maximum weight that a successful fisherman can catch and carry with him. Exceeding the specified norm will have to be paid additionally.

The cost of access to the reservoir with a fishing rod starts from 250 rubles. and can reach 3000 rubles. The service includes a certain number of fishing hours, and the price may also include boat and equipment rental.

Near Bead Lake there are several ponds, which are also at the disposal of the local farm and abound in wildlife, so if you want to change positions, you can continue fishing in a new place. Please note that nearby bodies of water differ in the species that live there: carp, trout, etc.

Fishing on Lake Biserovskoe

Winter fishing on Lake Biserovo

In winter, fishermen are allowed to fish with jigs and spoons. The main fish in winter is trout. Also caught on the sandy pond are: white bream, pike, and roach.

A maximum of five fishing gear can be used.

From the experience of experienced fishermen:

  • in winter, fish are found mainly at depth differences,
  • the greatest activity is observed at a depth of one meter from the bottom of the reservoir,
  • You need to stock up on large jigs, sliced squid and cheese paste - these are the most popular baits for the cold season.

To prevent the drill from getting stuck, it is recommended to remove the ice without drilling completely.

Opening hours are from 7:30 to 18:00. The VIP area opens at eight o'clock in the morning.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions or snow drifts, roads and entrances to ponds are promptly cleared.

Summer paid fishing

It usually opens on Biserovsky reservoirs from the end of April and is valid until the end of August.

The main object of fishing is carp. Pike perch are also caught, but in most cases this is an accident and not a purposeful catch.

You can also catch ordinary fish, with which water bodies are not stocked as actively as carp: roach, crucian carp, silver carp.

The administration of reservoirs reminds fishermen and strongly recommends not to catch large quantities of silver carp and roach, which are natural sources of purification of pond waters.

In case of a large catch, release the fish back if it is not seriously damaged.

Opening hours in summer are from 6:30 to 19:00.

Fishing is carried out:

  • from the shores, on specially equipped piers, pontoons,
  • in boats.

You are not allowed to bring swimming equipment with you. It is possible to rent.

You can also use only two fishing rods or gear, due to the high density of fishermen, especially on weekends.

The closing of the 2015 summer season took place:

  • at the Ministerial Trout Pond on August 16,
  • on Osnovny, Karpov, August 13.

Autumn paid fishing

The autumn period is rightfully considered trout season, because... The water gradually begins to cool, the fish returns to its usual active state.

During the fall season, the ponds are also open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The opening took place this year on August 22, a little earlier than usually established. The VIP area was opened for fishing a week later, on August 28th. The events were accompanied by a massive release of trout.

The main autumn events in Biserovo were:

  • Competition "People's Cup on Mars" , which took place on September 12. The cost of participation was 2300 rubles.
  • Great Marathon, held on September 19. The cost of participation is 5000 rubles.

In addition to trout, you can catch roach, pike, pike perch and bream in other reservoirs.

Reviews from tourists

  1. Alexey: “I visited the fish farm recently, everything is fine, the prices are reasonable, the living conditions are comfortable, the staff is responsive, they explain and show everything. It is almost impossible to remain without a catch. You can fish in different ways, even from a boat, with excitement and all the fish you come across are weighty and valuable. I caught trout in general, I’m satisfied with the fishing and the conditions in the fish farm.”
  2. Mikhail: “I liked the restaurant. My family and I came not only to go fishing, but also to celebrate our son’s birthday. Fishing on the Peschanom pond was a success. We caught trout, crucian carp, perch and even a couple of carp; we caught more than normal, so we had to pay extra.”
  3. Stas: “Despite the rather harsh fishing conditions, the checks are strict, the weight of the catch is checked carefully, and overall it’s not bad. I met experienced fishermen, many come to these places not for the first time, fishing is always good, the main thing is to choose a good place, and it’s not difficult to catch valuable species of fish.”
  4. Sergey: “I visited Biserovo for the weekend with my family. My wife enjoyed sunbathing, and my son and I went fishing. I only had to pay for myself; there is no need to pay for women and children under 12 years old.”
  5. Arthur: “I liked everything, I recommend it. You can rent any gear. I arrived by train with friends with practically nothing, everything is issued and processed on the spot. Convenient, comfortable, the fishing was exciting, I recommend it to everyone.”
  6. Andrey: “I fished in the fenced VIP zone, after a couple of hours I already caught 9 kg, 17 tails of quite large fish. I like everything, I can recommend this holiday with friends or family. There are many routes from Moscow to Biserovo; you can spend a weekend quite well.”
  7. Valery: “The prices are too high, there is Losiny Island nearby, everything is much cheaper there.”
  8. Volodya: “I was fishing on Mars. I arrived at 7 am and started fishing at 8 am. I caught it with a spoon, all the trout were large, it was clear that they had just been launched. But the gear was thin, I was still worried that it wouldn’t hold up. Everyone who was fishing nearby caught a good catch, they were terribly tired, but they were in a good mood when there was enough fish in the pond. I recommend going to Biserovo, you won’t regret it.”
  9. Ivan: “For 7 hours of travel I paid 1600 rubles. My fishing went right at the waterfall; with the arrival of fresh water from the well, silver carp and trout began to scurry around. It is also convenient to fish from an overgrown bank; large fish are active. But for some reason the trout's feeder leads were torn off. The sun came out and the carp began to bite right along the shore. Overall, I liked it, the prices are high, but the conditions for fishing are quite suitable.”
  10. Dmitry: “I was at the carp pond. Everything is convenient, the people are quite active, it’s already crowded by 6 am. At first I fished with 2 rods, I even managed to feed the fish a little chocolate. I found a travel companion, the fishing became more active, and by 10 am I caught 4 carp, weighing about 800 grams each. Then until almost 17:00 there was a lull, I caught only 4 pieces. At 16:30 the bite started, but my 0.3 line quickly broke. After 6 pm there seemed to be no more bites. It only went well when I set the leash to 0.19 at 19:30 and caught 4 more small carp, then there was a lull again, there were no more bites. In total, I caught 12 carp, weighing about 7 kg, and paid 1,800 rubles for the ticket. I caught it with 2 gears. So consider whether such fishing is profitable or not. Of course, you can have a good rest, but it’s an expensive pleasure.”
