  • carp fillet – 0.75 kg;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • onions – 0.2 kg;
  • green onions – 10 g;
  • fresh parsley or cilantro – 10 g;
  • fresh dill – 10 g;
  • dried thyme – 3 g;
  • ground black pepper – 3 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • tomato paste – 20 ml;
  • water – 0.2 l;
  • refined vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • wheat flour (or buckwheat, oatmeal) - how much will be used for breading.

Cooking method:

  • Cut the carp fillet into pieces and turn it through a meat grinder twice. Add salt and pepper and stir.
  • Wash the greens, pat dry with a napkin, chop as finely as possible, add to the minced meat, stir it.
  • Peel the onions, finely chop them and divide approximately in half.
  • Add half the onion to the minced meat. Break an egg into it. Knead the minced meat with your hands and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
