A wobbler is a bait that imitates the behavior of live bait , most often used for catching predatory fish. Depending on the fishing conditions and the type of fish, wobblers are divided into several types. However, regardless of the type, the method of tying a wobbler does not change.

When catching active predatory fish, any method of securing a wobbler will be successful. But, if you have to catch passive fish, then it would be correct to use the “rapala” knot. Its advantage is that it does not interfere with the correct behavior of the wobbler in water , and this is very important for catching “lazy” fish or in conditions of unimportant bite.

you need to make a loop on the fishing line and pass the free end of this loop through the eye of the wobbler and put it into this loop again, that is, first the loop goes, then the wobbler, and then the fishing line comes back through this loop;
then, the free end, released from the loop, is wrapped around the fishing line several times and again passed into the loop;
the last step is to pass the end through the loop formed by winding it around itself and passing it into the main loop. When this tricky process is completed, you need to carefully tighten the resulting loops.

the main knot needs to be pulled to the wobbler and a centimeter from it, the free end must be tied around the fishing line with another regular knot.

How to make a winding ring yourself
