For a long time, no one caught silver carp in our area on purpose. The fish were caught as by-catch, but were not considered as objects of targeted fishing. In most reference books with descriptions of fish, the main bait for catching silver carp was listed as: “a bunch of algae, a cucumber and green canned peas.”
There was no special equipment for catching silver carp, unlike the same carp. Although why is “Asian carp” (as silver carp is called abroad) worse than common carp? No one has yet given a comprehensive answer to this question.
In our area, silver carp fishing began in earnest using float and bottom tackle already in the 2000s, when the owners of artificial reservoirs began to actively release this fish into ponds that were quickly overgrown with aquatic vegetation. At the same time, a campaign began in the press promoting the qualities of the meat of this fish: its taste and dietary qualities.
From this moment on, fishermen specializing in catching silver carp appeared. Accordingly, gear for catching this fish and previously unseen baits appeared.
Appearance of silver carp (Asian carp). Main distinctive features: disproportionately large head, high forehead, powerful fins, low-set eyes, large mouth.
Of course, the tostolob could have been caught on bait designed for catching carp. However, in such a bite, luck played too big a role. The situation changed with the appearance on the market of equipment for silver carp, pressed bait, which became known as technoplankton.
Habitats
Silver carp was introduced from China in the last century, and is grown mainly in large ponds. You can find this fish in the basins of the Kuban and Amur rivers. This representative of the carp family is also found in rivers flowing into the Aral Sea.
This fish stays in places with low current speed. It prefers not to approach the shore during the daytime and is located at a depth of about 3 m. In the evening and morning hours it often comes close to the shore. Silver carp can be found at this time on the coastal sandbanks.
How to catch
For fishing for silver carp killers, a feeder or picker rod is usually used. You can use a spinning rod with dough corresponding to the weight of the equipment. The reel is usually taken to be a large, inertia-free reel with good traction characteristics.
The feeder is filled with bait or technoplankton is used. The bait is attached to the hooks, and the tackle is thrown into the water. From the first casts you need to fish the surface horizon. If there are no bites from silver carp, then it is advisable to lower the equipment into the water column by a meter, then another one, and so on until the very bottom, until the current working depth is determined experimentally. Float equipment allows you to fish at different depths.
When using porridge, you can hide the bare hooks directly in the feeder. By sucking and filtering the complementary food, the silver carp will certainly swallow them and a bite will follow.
There is no need to hook the fish, because it usually hooks itself. Complementary food and technoplankton should be changed at least every two hours.
When fishing for silver carp during the day, it is necessary to make long casts, since it stays at a considerable distance from the shore. This is fraught with tangling of the gear. In addition, bait and bait can fly off during splashdown. To avoid this, the fisherman fixes the rod on the shore, and he gets into the boat and brings the equipment to the required distance.
The best bite for silver carp is observed in the morning and evening. At night, catching this underwater giant is not easy and usually all attempts are unsuccessful.

Fishing calendar by fishing season
Silver carp is active only at a water temperature of at least +8°C . In early spring, you can easily determine whether it lives in a reservoir by the characteristic jumping of the silver carp out of the water when sound effects that are uncharacteristic for this reservoir occur. It is enough to hit the water with an oar to determine exactly where to catch this fish.
In a short period of time before spawning, silver carp can be caught even with artificial bait
In the spring, silver carp are caught exclusively with bottom tackle, positioning the bait so that the hook is slightly raised above the muddy bottom of the reservoir.
Sometimes, you can catch trophy silver carp in places where there is a lot of vegetation on the surface of the reservoir. In this case, a bait is thrown to the place of accumulation of aquatic vegetation, which should hang in the water column or end up on the surface of the reservoir. Usually you don’t have to wait long for a bite in such a situation.
This fish spawns at the end of spring, when the water warms up to +20°C. Before spawning, this fish is very active and can even be caught using artificial bait in the form of a foam ball. But this period lasts only a few days, after which great efforts again have to be made to catch this fish.
In summer, silver carp lives mainly in warm layers of water, descending to a considerable depth only during bad weather. Summer is not the best time to catch a representative of the carp family.
During the spawning period, which can last for the entire first month of summer, silver carp feeds very poorly.
And if at the end of this period the water in the reservoir begins to bloom, then the bite of this fish almost completely stops.
At the end of summer, silver carp can be successfully caught using both bottom tackle and a float rod. At this time of year, it is important to choose the right place, time, and bait that will definitely interest this fish.
In autumn , when the water temperature is still quite high, it can be successfully caught both at depth and in the water column where algae have grown especially strongly on the surface of the reservoir. In October, silver carp gains maximum weight before wintering, and becomes the object of hunting for fishermen who specialize in catching this breed of fish.
You can catch fish at this time only on clear, warm days, when there is practically no air movement and the surface of the reservoir has a smooth, mirror-like surface.
At this time, food for the silver carp becomes noticeably less, and it shows increased interest in the bait, which should be supplied directly to the silver carp living at the bottom of the reservoir.
Silver carp stops feeding when the water temperature drops below +8°C, and the fisherman can reel in his fishing rods until spring, when the hunting season begins again.
Basic equipment elements
In most cases, silver carp looks for food in the upper and middle, well-warmed layers of water. This fish is not afraid of warm water even in the hottest season of the year. Therefore, most often, float tackle in catching silver carp is considered more effective.
However, silver carp live not only in shallow waters. For this fish it is important that the water warms up well. Sometimes, for catching a “freshwater whale,” a donk turns out to be a more effective tackle. A classic bottom or feeder rig for silver carp can be used in shallow waters located quite far from the shore, where cautious silver carp collects food.
Silver lob is a strong fish. To catch it you need to use strong carp tackle.
Gear for catching silver carp must meet the following requirements:
- Strength.
- Reliability.
It is better to immediately buy high-quality equipment elements than to play Russian roulette with silver carp. Adrenaline, of course, is a good thing, but not every angler likes standing over a broken rod or hopelessly torn equipment.
A good silver carp is a strong, persistent fish and can give a head start to any carp (it’s not for nothing that this fish is also called Asian carp).
Let's talk briefly about the elements of equipment for catching silver carp.
Rod. To catch silver carp, it is better to use either specialized carp rods or rods made on the basis of fiberglass (including feeder rods). The large dead weight is more than compensated for by the high degree of reliability of the form. The length of such a rod is not particularly important. When choosing a rod by length, you will have to focus on the expected casting distance. Typically, a rod with a length ranging from 2.4 to 3.6 meters is enough.
A complete fishing rod for catching silver carp: a carp rod with a cork handle, large guides, a powerful reel with a baitrunner, equipped with a “silver carp stick”
The rod test will have to be taken into account, because... Silver carp rigs can be quite heavy. Usually a rod with a maximum test limit of up to 60 grams is enough. The rod's structure and class will not play a special role in this case.
The form's own weight also does not matter. On those days when there is no bite, the rod lies quietly on the stand. On days when a school of silver carp is actively feeding, your hand will still get tired of fishing for fish.
The main requirement for a fishing rod is a sufficient degree of strength. If the rod is also intended for catching carp, then it is definitely suitable for catching silver carp.
When purchasing such a fishing rod, you should pay attention to the guide rings, as well as the strength and reliability of the reel seat.
Coil. To equip a fishing rod for silver carp, powerful spinning reels with a large number of metal bearings in the reeling mechanism, a friction brake, a baitrunner, or a multiplier type reel are suitable.
To complete the fishing rod that will be used for catching silver carp, powerful carp reels with a large line capacity are used.
Carp reels are ideal for completing a fishing rod for silver carp. Other types of coils can be used. Its size can range from 2000 to 4500.
Gear ratio – no higher than 5.2:1. It is better to use power rods for silver carp fishing, designed for the powerful resistance of the reel.
The higher the line capacity of such a reel, the better. The spool (made of forged aluminum) must hold at least 100 meters of fishing line with a cross-section of 0.3 mm.
The front friction brake will definitely help when fishing for silver carp, and the bait trainer (a device for instantly disabling the friction brake) will prevent sudden breaks in the tackle during the first jerk of the silver carp.
Multiplier or casting reels are most often used in the equipment of a bottom rod for catching silver carp.
Float equipment for catching silver carp: anti-twist, float sinker, “silver carp stick”.
Main line. As the main fishing line, nylon monofilament from any well-known manufacturer with a cross-section of at least 0.22 mm can be used. Monofilament is used more often in equipment because it has shock-absorbing properties and is less noticeable in clear water.
In reservoirs overgrown with aquatic vegetation, you can use braided line with a cross-section of 0.14 mm or more as the main fishing line.
Lead line. The fishing line for making a leash can be monofilament (nylon or fluorocarbon), braided or regular polyamide thread. When fishing for silver carp, the leashes are made quite short (up to 10 cm). The cross-section of the leash is definitely smaller than the cross-section of the main line, but not less than 0.14 mm.
Bottom equipment for catching silver carp
Hooks. The size, color and type of hook are selected in accordance with the bait. But very large hooks (Nos. 4,5,6) are, as a rule, not used in equipment. Hooks No. 10, 12, 14 are ideal for silver carp, but you should not get hung up on the size of the hook. The silver carp has a large mouth. At the moment of a bite, a hook of any size will enter it. That is why you need to pay attention to the properties of the bait used.
Anti-twist. This not always necessary element of equipment is used by fishermen if the equipment uses too soft main and leader lines. The anti-twist significantly reduces the risk of overlaps between the main and leader lines, but greatly unmasks the tackle. It is better not to use it in clear water.
Types of gear
There are several different ways to catch prey. When choosing elements for equipping a fishing rod or spinning rod, it is necessary to select the tackle in such a way that the breaking load is very high.
Despite the fact that silver carp is a “vegetarian”, the strength with which it resists when fishing can be compared with catfish or any other predatory fish.
There are several specific types of mounting equipment for catching silver carp.:
- Spring – this tackle consists of a float, a feeder spring and several hooks on short leashes. The spring is used mainly for fishing in the upper layer of water. The spring is located directly under the float, and above the spring itself there are hooks on leashes. A bait is placed in the spring, which attracts silver carp.
- Bottom tackle – this type of gear works especially well in the spring, and in the summer on cloudy days it can significantly outperform other fishing methods in terms of catchability.
The difference between bottom gear for catching silver carp and catching other fish in this way is that for successful fishing the bait should be located 5-10 cm above the bottom level.This installation feature is due to the feeding method of this fish. It does not pick up food from the bottom of the reservoir. And it passes the bottom layer of water through its mouth, thus absorbing phytoplankton. Bottom tackle consists of a sinker, a feeder, and leashes with hooks. A massive sinker is attached to a fishing line with a diameter of 0.4-0.5 mm, a leash with a feeder is attached 10 cm from the sinker, the length of the leash can be no more than 20 cm. Leashes with hooks are attached directly next to the feeder. The number of hooks can be from 3 to 5 pieces.
The advantage of this gear is the ability to cast bait over a long distance, which is indispensable when silver carp travel a considerable distance from the shore to feed on phytoplankton and algae at great depths. - Float tackle - fishing for silver carp near the shore has a number of disadvantages that make this fishing option not very attractive.
- Silver carp is a very timid fish, even from a sharp swing of the rod in the immediate vicinity of its habitat, this fish can leave the feeding area and never return to this area.
- To hold a massive feeder with bait, a large float is required, which can also scare away the fish and create excessive back force when the fish bites.
He prefers to be in the upper layers of water most of the time, which, in the presence of a significant current, makes it almost impossible to fish effectively, due to the strong drift of the bait by the current.
Float tackle for catching silver carp can only be successfully used with plug rods. Due to their length, plug rods deliver bait directly to the fish’s habitat; the gear is not carried away even by strong currents, and when fishing vertically, you can generally do without a float, registering bites with a special device or by deflecting the tip of the rod.
General requirements for gear
Tackle for silver carp does not tolerate subtleties and excessive delicacy. A powerful, weighty fish will easily crush a miniature fishing rod and break a thin cord, sucking up the bait as it goes and not even noticing the catch in the fact that they are trying to catch it with this device. There are frequent cases of steel hooks being bent, when, while removing the equipment after a fierce struggle with a seemingly securely caught trophy, the fisherman observes a picture with an accessory bent into a straight piece of wire. For fishing equipment for hunting silver carp, buy carp rods 3-3.5 meters long, providing long casting, with medium action and a weight of at least 100-120 grams.
The rod is equipped with a power spinning reel with the obligatory presence of a baitrunner function and an adjustable clutch, which helps protect the tackle from being pulled into the water and helps when landing heavy fish. The gear ratio is taken to be no higher than the ratio 1/4, and the spool size is 4500–5000 units, which will allow you to have a solid supply of cord both for casting and for releasing fish during strong resistance. The main threads themselves are selected with high breaking load parameters. This role is best performed by braided fishing lines, which have great strength with small diameters. Braid clearly transmits bites from long distances, but when fighting strong fish, only a well-chosen rod and reel friction brake settings can smooth out the shortcomings of a rigid and inextensible thread, which is unable to absorb sharp jerks of the trophy.
Fishing Features
The main food is phytoplankton, and fishermen who go to the reservoir to catch this fish try to imitate this food with all kinds of cereals, peas and other “goodies”, which produced a small cloud of turbidity in the water column from these baits, which sometimes attracted the silver carp to the feeder with hooks.
Many fishing product manufacturers were also looking for the possibility of creating a universal bait for catching silver carp. In this case, the nozzle must simultaneously perform 2 functions : lure, creating a fine suspension in the water, and when passing this mixture through the mouth, hook the fish.
Technoplankton fully copes with this task, being today the ideal bait for catching silver carp.
This bait has a cylindrical shape, with a special hole for fastening. A technoplankton tablet fixed in a special holding device forms a cloud of turbidity around it with small particles of food. Hidden in this cloud are small leashes with hooks that reliably hook fish while filtering technoplankton through the gills.
This method of fishing has one significant drawback: technoplankton cannot be fished in reservoirs with a current, which will instantly wash away the cloud that attracts the fish and the hooks will be completely open.
Gear for catching silver carp from the surface
To catch this fish from the surface, use the “silver carp killer” tackle. Such equipment is externally represented by a large float with increased carrying capacity . 30 cm from it there is a feeder, that is, a spring with attached hooks. They should hang slightly lower to be in the center of the cloudy cloud.
It is enough to watch the corresponding video to understand that the silver carp near the feeder begins to filter the turbidity and sucks in the hooks. It should be noted that they should be quite large.
This rig uses a sliding sinker. It is placed on a float. In this case, it serves as an anchor. The vertical position of the float is possible thanks to a feeder filled with technoplankton or porridge. As soon as the bait is completely dissolved in the water, the float will tilt, which means you need to refill the feeder.
When fishing for silver carp, you must remember that this fish is large and strong, which means that in the process of fishing it will make sharp jerks and turns . A low-quality hook is unlikely to cope with such pressure. By the way, you need to pay attention to its sharpness. If the hook is slightly dull, it will be difficult to catch silver carp, because the fish will spit out the hook.
How to make tackle with your own hands?
You can make gear without much difficulty at home. For this purpose you will need the following materials:
- Braided fishing line with a diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm.
- Small hooks.
- Bicycle spoke.
- Soldering iron.
- Solder.
Installation is carried out in the following sequence:
- The spoke is removed from the wheel in such a way that the threads are not damaged.
- A piece 16 cm long is cut from the knitting needle, on one side of which there is a thread with a nut.
- Stepping back 5 cm from the edge of the thread, using pliers the knitting needle is bent into a rhombus with a side of 2.5 cm. The resulting figure should resemble a tennis racket. After the last side is pressed to the knitting needle, it is necessary to solder this place efficiently.
- The main line is tied to the side opposite the threaded area. There are short leashes with hooks on the sides of the diamond, and pressed technoplankton is put on the main pin of this design and pressed with a nut. Hooks should be equipped with foam balls, which facilitates better hooking of silver carp.
This design is ideal for catching silver carp using float tackle. If you plan to fish with a donk, then to the tackle you should add a sliding sinker weighing 20-30 g, which is installed above the homemade tackle.
How to properly catch a silver carp killer?
When the gear is collected, you need to fill the feeder with porridge or replace the spring with technoplankton. When using porridge as bait, you can hide hooks in it, otherwise they may get tangled. When using technoplast, you need to remember that it does not act as bait, but only improves the suction of the hook , so you can put several pieces of foam on it, leaving the sting bare.
Experienced fishermen recommend bringing in your gear first. To do this, you need to lower the clutch and then sail to the middle of the river. It must be remembered that after lowering the float and sinker into the water, the float will move slightly a few meters towards the shore. You can verify this by watching the video.
It is better to catch silver carp with such gear using several rods at once . In this case, it is necessary to stick the porridge onto the feeder so that it is several times larger than the size of the spring. While fishing, you can put several gears to the side so that you can catch silver carp without constantly watching the rod. When you bite, you will probably see the float move to the side or sink under the water. In extreme cases, a cracking noise from the clutch will be heard. It is worth remembering that silver carp most often hook themselves, which means you can catch other fish at the same time.
Bait and groundbait
Technoplankton is beyond any competition among baits and lures for fishing.
But the companies producing this bait are in no hurry to reveal the composition of this amazing bait. You can only try to imitate this bait using already known baits for catching carp fish. As you know, these inhabitants of reservoirs are not averse to tasting boiled peas. Therefore, for a successful hunt, you can use homemade pea boilies.
The process of preparing such bait occurs in several stages :
- Cook the peas in a stainless steel pan until completely cooked.
- The peas are then pureed.
- Cylinders 40 mm long are cut from stainless pipes with a diameter of 20-25 mm. The edges of metal burrs at the cut site are thoroughly cleaned using sandpaper.
- The cylinders are installed in a vertical position on a wooden board.
- A teaspoon of the prepared pea puree, which must have a temperature of at least +30°C, is filled into the cylinders. As soon as the puree is “packaged” into the cylinders, exactly in the middle of each, cocktail tubes are installed, which are pre-cut to a length of 40 mm.
- The cylinders are kept until the pea mixture has completely hardened, after which they are placed in the oven together with the board, where the bait dries at a temperature of +50°C for 12 hours.
- At the end of the bait drying procedure, the cylinders are carefully freed from the “pea filling”.
This type of attachment is used instead of technoplankton on the attachment described in this article. For a greater attractive effect, you can add dill juice at the last stage of preparing pea puree.
Technoplankton recipes for catching silver carp
At home, you can master making dust bait using a few simple technoplankton recipes for catching silver carp. To grind the cereal grains or cereals used in mixtures into dust, you only need a regular coffee grinder. A pre-prepared matrix form into which the moistened composition will be pressed will help give the bait a tablet appearance.
Recipe 1
We take semolina and corn flour in equal parts, once again thoroughly grinding into a fine, dust-like fraction. To the mixture add a third of the volume of breadcrumbs mixed with the same volume of steeply brewed corn porridge. For one and a half kilograms of the resulting dough, we use 300 grams of vanilla sugar as a sweetener. Mix the mixture, slightly moistening it with water, until a plastic sticky mass is obtained. At the last stage of cooking, add 3-5 tablespoons of honey. After this, the product is pressed into molds and dried.
Recipe 2
For cooking you will need a can of condensed milk mixed using a mixer with corn flour and milk powder. The final structure of the mixture should resemble a thick, creamy substance. Place this mixture in the freezer for 30–45 minutes and after it hardens, mix with breadcrumbs until an elastic dough-like mass is obtained. Now all that remains is to pack the raw bait into molds and then dry it. An alternative to drying is to use the raw mixture in special feeders.
Recipe 3
To implement this technology for preparing dust granules, you will need to mix 300 grams of wheat flour with the same amount of finely ground corn product. Add 200 grams of breadcrumbs and 150 grams of milk powder or cream to the mixture. Mix the composition thoroughly again and add 100 grams of sugar syrup, which will also act as a humectant that regulates the plasticity of the dough. After mixing, we press the product into molds and dry it at room temperature for 3–4 days, obtaining a strong, odorous tablet that generates a lot of dust when dissolved in water.
Tips and tricks for fishing
- While fishing, it is prohibited to make noise, talk , or give away your presence in any other way.
- The structure of the mouth contributes to the reliable hooking of the silver carp by the upper lip , so the hooks must be equipped with foam balls, which will rush upward in the water, and in this inverted position the fish will be hooked by the lower lip.
- The ideal place is reservoirs in which there are a lot of this fish, and there is quite a little natural plant food. In such places, large catches are guaranteed with properly selected gear and bait.
Bait for silver carp
First of all, you need to understand the principle of catching fish: it will not bite on ordinary bait , since its tastes differ from the preferences of other fish. Experts say that silver carp bite most readily on a bare hook. For successful fishing you will need several large hooks. Naturally, silver carp will not just become interested in a bare sting. It is attracted to plankton, that is, turbidity that contains food. Accordingly, a silver carp that sees a muddy spot in the water will swim there and swallow it along with its hooks.
For fishing to be successful, you need to make such a cloudy cloud with your own hands. For this purpose it is used:
- special technoplankton, which is a compressed barrel and is sold in any fishing store;
- geyser bait, which will be sprayed in the water;
- homemade porridge with sprayed ingredients;
- cake.
Naturally, in any store you can find a large selection of baits intended for silver carp. However, they are not always effective when fishing, so you need to choose a product that is at least in the middle price segment, which is recommended by experienced fishermen.
Unknowingly, you can purchase technoplankton, which does not dissolve in water even after 3–4 hours , but this time should be no more than an hour. To avoid such low-quality bait, it is enough to make the porridge with your own hands. In this case, it is necessary to use special components:
- semolina;
- Wheat flour;
- powdered milk;
- bran;
- cookie crumbs;
- vanilla sugar.
All these ingredients will help create cloudiness in the water. For the finished bait to be effective, you need to understand the equipment.
Bait for silver carp
The most favorite bait for silver carp is well-cooked peas. To properly prepare the bait, peas are boiled until pureed. To prevent the prepared mass from dripping from the feeder, use breadcrumbs.
ATTENTION! Bait deteriorates quickly, so it needs to be stored in a cool place while fishing.
Large white foam plastic with a diameter of about 8 mm is considered a fairly effective bait for catching silver carp.
Silver carp loves porridge:
- semolina;
- millet;
- bran.
Maggots and bloodworms are widely used.
What is technoplankton
Technoplankton is a special bait compressed in the shape of a barrel, used for bottom fishing. The pressed powder is a mixture of various feeds.
It has different aromas that attract silver carp, and special additives that dissolve in water and thereby create a cloudy cloud that the fish mistakes for real plankton.
Sometimes technoplankton is divided into bottom and surface species. Surface technoplankton, dissolving, creates a trail of microparticles falling down. Bottom technoplankton contains fractions that rise upward.
The operating time of such a device in a weak current is from half an hour, depending on the composition and strength of compaction. Naturally, with a rapid flow, the resorption time is much shorter. Technoplankton is sold, but many fishermen prefer to make it themselves, and more on that below.
How to catch silver carp
The peculiarity of silver carp fishing is directly related to the season of the year.
Winter fishing from ice for technoplankton
After the ice cover is established, silver carp spend almost all their time at the bottom of the reservoir in holes, occasionally swimming out to search for food. That is why winter fishing for silver carp is recommended as soon as there is ice or a thaw.
Having made a hole in the ice, the technoplankton is lowered almost to the very bottom of the reservoir; the silver carp begins to respond to this bait almost immediately.
IMPORTANT! In winter, the silver carp retains its strength, therefore, during fishing, it fiercely resists. But when the fish gets tired, you can easily bring it to the hole.
Fishing in autumn
During this period, the fish moves further and further from the shore and descends deeper and deeper to search for food. When the temperature drops to +8°C, the fish stop feeding and drop into wintering pits.
A suitable period for fishing is late autumn, since by this time the fish accumulate reserves for the winter. When choosing leftover food, silver carp filters the water, which increases the likelihood of swallowing a hook during this period of time.
Fishing in summer
In the summer, it is recommended to catch silver carp in areas with high vegetation. Suitable gear is a spinning rod or a shore fishing rod with a depth of 2-3 m. In cloudy weather, it is recommended to cast the gear deeper.
Fishing from the bottom
To catch silver carp from the bottom, use purchased phytoplankton or home-cooked porridge with the addition of “Geyser” type bait.
Since silver carp can be located in any area of the reservoir and tries not to approach the shore, the fish are caught in the middle of the reservoir or as far as possible from the shore. The best time for fishing is sunny and warm days.
On the elastic band from the surface
Catching silver carp with an elastic band can be done in several ways:
- on reservoirs up to 100 m wide - the cord is attached to a brick or any other heavy object;
- on reservoirs with a width of more than 100 m - the cord is attached to reeds, bushes, and trees.
After installing the weight, you need to move away from the water, releasing the elastic band from the reel.
How to catch with a fishing rod
When catching silver carp with a fishing rod, you need to throw the equipment into the water, and install the fishing device itself on a stand. All attention is focused on the float. The bite is determined by the end of the rod, the ringing of a bell or the signal of an electrical device. Be sure to include the bayrunner system.
When a bite is observed, the angler needs to turn off the baitrunner and start landing fish. It is necessary to bring prey to the shore only when the fish is tired of fighting.
With the right equipment and bait, catching silver carp will definitely give results. The main thing is not to rush in the process of landing fish.
