The Tula region is rich in various natural and artificial reservoirs, and most of them are good places for fishing. But recently, places with paid fishing have become the most popular places among anglers.
This is due to the fact that, firstly, the sport of fishing began to develop, and secondly, in natural conditions it became almost impossible to catch a large individual, since the fish in many places are getting smaller due to fishing and the environmental situation.
In addition, paid fishing is designed for a comfortable fishing process, and in some places it is possible to rent boats and fishing equipment, which makes the weekend task much easier for some anglers.
Also, in special paid places there is a greater variety of fish; an experienced instructor or a guide who knows the area will be nearby.
Here you can read about fishing in the Ryazan region.

Paid fishing in the Zaoksky district of the Tula region
The Zaoksky district has several paid places for fishing, in addition, there are places that were previously paid, but now have free access. For example, the Blue Lake pond, which has a clayey base and an uneven depth gap.
The positive side of the reservoir is the preserved contour of the shore, which was once developed, good entrances, and the opportunity to swim.
The reservoir has:
- crucian carp;
- carp;
- perches.
There may be a pike.
The village of Nechaevo also has a former paysite, which is named after the settlement. It is difficult to get to Nechaevsky Pond in rainy weather, as the road is unpaved. But if the weather is good, there is no better place for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
The advantages of the reservoir include:
- clean water, that is, you can swim;
- unspoiled nature;
- the presence of carp in the pond, as well as crucian carp.
Here you can read all about paid fishing in St. Petersburg.
Bearish angle
In the Zaoksky district, the most famous place for paid fishing is Medvezhiy Ugol, which is not just a paid fishing site, but a comprehensive recreation area for comfortable fishing, including a village type of recreation, for example, a bathhouse.
An advantage is the repeated stocking of the reservoir with fish, that is, fish are released several times throughout the year. The complex also has baths, a restaurant, and if desired, you can rent a villa.
The reservoir contains:
- carp;
- trout;
- catfish;
- sturgeon;
- small species of fish, including crucian carp and perch.
A large population of fish has its price, since due to the presence of valuable fish species, the cost of fishing is quite high.
There is a daily and hourly limit:
- an hourly cost is two hundred rubles with the catch rate according to the price list;
- daily (meaning daylight hours) is equal to a thousand rubles with a catch rate of two kilograms, which does not include sturgeon and carp (some species), as they are paid separately.
At the same time, roach and crucian carp, as well as perch, are not included in the payment list, as they are considered free.
If the norm is exceeded or if the catch is hourly, there is a list of prices for each type of fish per kilogram:
- carp costs 250 rubles;
- trout costs 550 rubles;
- sturgeon costs 890 rubles;
- som has a cost of 250 rubles;
- pike costs 350 rubles;
- grass carp costs 250 rubles.

According to the paid fishing regulations, a woman or child under twelve years old can be present while fishing with a fisherman for free.
A house or villa can be rented for a day or an hour, the daily cost is one thousand rubles, and the maximum number of people is six.
You can get to the fishing zone by driving a hundred kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road; you need to get to the village of Skripovo, and from there follow the signs all the way to Medvezhye Angol.
Fish farms of the Tula region
Every year paid lakes for fishing are gaining popularity. Probably the most famous fisheries in the Tula region are fish farms. They have been operating for quite a long time and have already proven themselves to be the best.
Fish farm "Voskresensky"
This fish farm is located in the Dubensky district, 3 kilometers west of the village of Vyglyadovka. The total area of the ponds is 179 hectares, but of course you can fish in strictly designated areas. The source of water supply for this pond is the left tributary of the Ula River - the Glutnya River.
Carp, grass carp, and pike are bred in reservoirs. The cost of the invoice for one person will be 600 rubles per day, for an accompanying person (woman) you will need to pay an additional 100 rubles. Children under 12 years old can stay on the pond for free. There are clearly limited catch rates here. Only 3 kilograms, if you are lucky enough to catch more, you will have to buy it back at a price of 160 rubles per kilogram. Separately, you need to pay for travel to the shore of a personal car - 600 rubles.
Fish farm "Don-Lyutorich"
This fish hatchery is located in the Uzlovsky district, 2 kilometers from the village of Lyutorichi. The total area of the ponds used is 112.7 hectares. The source of water supply is flood waters and the Don tributary, the Lyutorich River. Carp, crucian carp (mostly silver carp), pike and grass carp are bred here. There is beautiful nature around the reservoirs, good access to the shore. The cost of a fishing permit is 600 rubles per person, for an accompanying person (woman) – another 100 rubles, children under 12 years old are free. The catch limit is limited to 5 kilograms, and for all over-caught fish you will have to pay 120 rubles per kilogram.
Fish farm "Kobylenka"
The fishery is located in the Efremovsky district, near the village of Kytino. An asphalt road leads to the fish farm, then a dirt road leads to the reservoir. The total area of the ponds is 165 hectares, but fishing is possible only in strictly designated areas. The source of water supply is a tributary of the Beautiful Sword, the Kobylenka River.
On the pond you can catch golden crucian carp, grass carp and carp. There are good fishing spots here, the coast is clean. The cost of the invoice per person is 260 rubles, accompanying women and children under 12 years old are free. You will have to pay separately for the passage of a personal car: cars - 50 rubles, jeeps - 100 rubles. You can also spend the night on the shore of the pond. True, it will cost another 100 rubles. The catch limit is only 1 kilogram, you will have to pay for the rest. For carp and pike – 150 rubles, for other species – 50 rubles per kilogram.
Fish farm "Nepreika"
The fishery is located in the Leninsky district, between the village of Yancherovo and the village of Zaitsevo. The area of the ponds used is 185 hectares. The source of water supply is the Nepreika River, the fish farm is located in the floodplain of the Oka River basin.
The reservoirs are stocked with grass carp, carp, silver carp and pike. The bite is almost always good. It is possible to park the car near the shore. But for transporting a car you need to pay 100 rubles. The price of a fishing invoice for 1 person is 450 rubles. Accompanying women can relax by paying 100 rubles; children under 12 years old can stay on the reservoir for free. The catch rate is only 2 kilograms. The rest of the caught fish is often “forced” to be bought out, since it is not allowed to release them from the cage back into the pond. Thus, surplus carp and crucian carp are purchased at a price of 160 rubles per kilogram, and catfish - 300 rubles per kilogram. It is important to note that there are practically no trash fish in the reservoir.
