As a result of much searching and deliberation, I purchased a Chinese copy of the Rapala X-Rap XR10 Minnow wobbler. It became my first wobbler from AliExpress.
I ordered 4 baits of different colors: 1 - silver with a raspberry tint, 1 - striped green, 2 - silver with a lemon tint. The parcel arrived at the post office in the Nizhny Novgorod region 21 days after payment for the order. The baits were packed well. Each fish was in a separate bag, which were in several more bags.
I liked the packaging of the baits. The quality of the wobblers themselves was also satisfactory. The hooks are sharp and stick to the skin at the slightest touch. The body of the artificial fish looks beautiful, there are balls inside - one is fixed rigidly closer to the head, the other three move freely from the head of the bait to the tail.
If the bait is thrown into the water, it slowly sinks with its tail down. After reeling in the fishing line (or jerking the tip of the rod) during pauses, the wobbler already begins to sink either in a horizontal position or slightly with its head tilted towards the bottom. The casting range is good, the wobbler flies far.
In reviews of this wobbler on AliExpress, people wrote that the loops needed to be glued additionally, but the hooks could easily be unbent with your fingers... I didn’t glue the loops additionally, I didn’t change the hooks, I left the wobblers as is. I began testing new baits without any modifications on the above-mentioned lake. Testing of baits was carried out on different days, approximately 1.5-2 hours a day. Fishing time: the last days of May, evening, approximately from 16:00 to 18:00.

For the reservoir where I tested new wobblers, there was no ban on catching pike with a spinning rod. The fishing depth did not exceed 1.5 m. The water was clear and the weather was sunny. Periodically changing, I used a striped green and silver wobbler with a crimson tint.
By the way, during testing it turned out that the wobbler is not floating, as indicated in the product description, but slowly sinking.
Most likely this model was designed with neutral buoyancy. But after being equipped with hooks, it became slowly sinking. In principle, such a wobbler is suitable for my fishing conditions, so the inaccuracy in the description of the wobbler on AliExpress did not disappoint me. When retrieving, the wobbler played very well. It seemed that this was a good bait and there should be bites. Actually, that’s what happened. After making several retrieves, the predator attacked and the first pike was caught.
The weight of the pike turned out to be 900 grams. On the first day of the test, only one predator bit on a silver wobbler with a crimson tint. The next day I fished from morning until lunch, but didn’t catch anything and decided that at the end of spring I would still fish in the evening. On the third day in the evening, during a two-hour fishing trip, a pike weighing 1 kg bit and again a silver wobbler with a crimson tint distinguished itself. On the fourth and fifth days, we also caught a pike each, but with a green striped wobbler. One weighed 1100 grams, the second pike was larger - 1300 grams.
On the sixth day the weather was mostly cloudy, but the pike bite was better compared to the previous days when the weather was sunny. During the evening, within an hour and a half, five pike were caught using a wobbler with a crimson tint. I didn’t use a green wobbler that day.
The weight of the smallest predator is 600 g, the largest is 1300 g. The total weight of the fish on the sixth day of testing was 4.5 kg. During all the days of the test, 9 pikes were caught, the total weight of which was approximately 8.5 kg. Conclusion - the Chinese copy of the Rapala X-Rap Minnow wobbler, purchased on AliExpress, is of interest to pike. During testing, the wobbler did not break, the hooks did not straighten, i.e. quite a good bait.
As a result of several pike attacks, the wobblers still received small scratches from teeth. But I think that the quality of the bait is still good for such a price. And most importantly, pike are caught with this wobbler. 4 wobblers including delivery cost me only 281 rubles 24 kopecks.
I’ll leave a link to who exactly I bought these wobblers from - a link to a Chinese copy of the Rapala X-Rap XR10 Minnow wobbler. On AliExpress you can find very similar models from other sellers, but only they are floating. I don’t have such copies of the Rapala X-Rap XR10 wobbler, I don’t know how they catch pikes, in theory they should catch them too.
Added 06/23/2017. I indicated above that I did not glue the loops on the wobblers, but in vain! After several fishing trips, droplets of water appeared inside one wobbler. That is, for prevention, it is better to glue the loops of the bait. For those who don’t understand what it means to glue the loops. There may be a gap near the loop by which the tee is suspended, and through it water will get inside the body of the wobbler. As a result, the bait “plays” differently than it was originally intended. For example, if a wobbler was floating, it may become sinking. Such cracks must be sealed with waterproof glue. To do this, you can use transparent Moment glue.
