The secret of the fish fry's catchability

The miniature pyzdrik bait appeared thanks to the ingenuity of a fisherman from the Irkutsk region. It instantly gained popularity and amazes anglers with its extraordinary catchability. This has led to the fact that when choosing a jig or a jig for perch, most fishermen prefer the latter option.

Pyzdrik (Zuev's fry) is an artificial bait of miniature dimensions. She copies the fingerling of the year. Considering the fact that these small fish are the main diet of perch, white fish and predators, it is not surprising that the bait has gained popularity.

The catchability of the bait is assessed as high. This is due to a combination of various factors:

  • natural colors imitating fish;
  • the bait has small dimensions and is capable of hovering and floating in the water column;
  • the small mass allows the bait to sink more slowly, which attracts perch.

The blende is characterized by the ratio of shape, volume and mass. All this affects the speed at which the bait falls in the water.

As a result, the jig sinks slower than the jig and maximally imitates the behavior of small fish that attract perch and other predators.

Initially, Zuev's fry were used mainly for winter fishing. Over time, the blende has changed, which made it possible to use it in the summer. To make fishing successful in the summer, it is recommended to use a float rod or fly fishing.

Varieties of jig pyzdrik

Miniature baits are classified into 2 types depending on the method of mounting the plug and the mass:

  1. Hanging decoys. Artificial fry with small dimensions and minimal weight. The weight of the bait is the hook and wire.
  2. Self-made deceptions. They differ from suspended ones in that instead of a hook, they have a built-in spherical jig head. And also there are classic puffers with weights.

Suspended small fry for perch are used as additional bait with large spinners. Models with a large mass are used as the main bait. They can be tied to the main line, and not on a separate line like hanging options.

Advantages and disadvantages

The main advantages of such artificial fry over other perch baits are:

  • Maximum resemblance to fry and amphipod crustacean. It imitates well not only small fish, but also the crustacean mormysh.
  • Tail mobility – the tail, consisting of many fibers, creates vibrations that attract perch when moving the bait.
  • Possibility to use without an animal bait - unlike large jigs, baits are not used when fishing for such artificial fry.
  • High grip – the slightly bent downward ring and the point-down hook allow you to hook a perch even with the weakest bite.

The disadvantages of such bait include its relative fragility - soft baits that have been in the mouth of a large perch or pike several times can quickly become unusable.

Equipment for perch on a puffer

Zuev's miniature fry are small in size and have good catchability.

Thanks to this, they have become popular in winter fishing for catching perch and other predatory fish. Despite the fact that this type of bait appeared several years ago, many equipment options have been developed.

Let's look at the most successful of them:

  1. Classic equipment. The bait-weight is attached to the main line, while the bait is tied on a separate line at a distance of 15-20 cm from the main line. When using a winter lure for perch as a load, it becomes possible to attract the attention of a predator and provoke it to attack. When biting, this equipment allows you to catch perch using 2 baits at once.
  2. Finnish sports equipment. The perch hook is tied to the main line along with a sinker. The play of the spinner provokes the perch; it begins to hunt for a simpler target, which is the bait. With this rig format, fish are caught using two baits at once.
  3. Sliding equipment. Take a main fishing line 20 cm long. A weight is attached to it, holding the bait in the water column. The bully in this situation is attached as a sliding accessory. The line is passed through the eye of the hook, which allows the bait to move freely along the leash.
  4. Equipment "Balda". When fishing for perch in winter, the boom is used if the fisherman plans to fish for two fry. A loop 20 cm long is formed from the main fishing line. A sinker is placed in the middle of the loop, secured with silicone stoppers. There are decoys on both sides of the load. With an active bite, such equipment allows you to catch two fish at once.

In addition to the listed equipment formats, there are others. The use of small fry allows you to modify the gear options at the request of the fisherman.

Preface.

What is Fishing?...

And what in life is She, exactly for you?...

...two essentially simple questions...

But I am absolutely sure that even with a social survey on a Galactic scale, there will not be two identical answers to these questions.

Fishing, it’s different for everyone... It’s like fingerprints...

For me personally, Fishing has always been, not only a hobby, it has been an outlet and a refuge, a place where I could feel Unity with Nature, listen to the Silence, feel the smells of the River and Taiga...

...as an activity itself, Fishing helped me realize historically and genetically, inherent in every normal man, the instincts of a hunter and breadwinner, and also always supplied fresh Fish for our family table..

As a lifelong hobby, Fishing was for me a space for learning something new and a springboard for Experimentation..

Despite the fact that the volume of the catch was never in the last place for me, I was always extremely interested in the use of new gear and bait, the invention of new ones and the modification of existing equipment.

In the summer of this year, I came across an interesting new product, announced as a bait for catching perch - Malek Pyzdrik. The concept of the bait was as follows: an imitation of a fry that has grown from an spawner to a first ice fish. It is well known that it is precisely this Malek that forms the basis of the diet of Predatory and even some Peaceful fish.

I can’t help but pay tribute to the Sense of Humor of the manufacturers of this bait. It would probably be difficult to come up with a more creative name for this Lure.

The owner of the base on Lake Kurdo laughed until he cried when he saw this bait and asked: “What kind of Pyzdrik is this?” and received the answer: “So this is Pyzdrik!”

Chapter 1. Equipment.

So: I got hooked on Malcom, took a few pieces and started thinking about rigs on which he could appeal to humpbacks and striped villains.

As a result of long “torment and reflection”, the following equipment was made that allows the use of Malka Pyzdrik, in fact, I believe that there are significantly more of them and I propose to hold a Discussion on the possibility of using this Bait:

1. Equipment No. 1. Since I lived part of my rebellious youth in Japan, in my fishing chest there is a pile of junk that has not been used for centuries. In this case, the finest hour of Primaki for catching Terpuga has come.

Painted sliding sinker and very durable (with some kind of impregnation cord, with a red very sharp hook). A micro-twister was installed on this hook. Above the sinker is 20 cm of 0.2 fishing line with a swivel at the end, on the fishing line according to the principle of sliding equipment - Malek Pyzdrik. The swivel in this case (on other equipment as well) made it possible to quickly replace equipment on the main fishing rod by connecting it through a carabiner.

2. Equipment No. 2. “Balda” is a well-known equipment. Half ounce sinker. Improvements: I inserted silicone stoppers into the sinker holes (to protect the fishing line from chafing) and hung Pyzdrikov instead of hooks with beads.

3. Equipment No. 3. "Finnish". The tee is removed from the oscillating spoon and a 15-20 cm leash of 0.14 with fry is suspended.

4. Equipment No. 4. "Anchor." The same as equipment No. 1, but with an Anchor.

5. Equipment No. 5. “Anchor + outlet”. Anchor 20cm 0.2 + 15cm outlet on fishing line 0.14. All this is mounted into the structure via a triple swivel.

6. Main Fishing Rod: he made/repaired it for me after it broke on a hard Pike attack

wonderful Person: Sergey Alekseevich Krylov from Chita. The fishing rod is almost weightless, fits perfectly in the hand, the telescopic carbon rod has been replaced with a hard fiberglass one. The main fishing line is 0.18 at the end of a carabiner with a swivel + a lead leash of 0.14 with Malkom. The carabiner, in this version, allows you to quickly replace spinners or attach ready-made equipment described above.

Chapter 2. The road.

Back in the summer, when I was thinking about equipment, I decided to conduct personal field tests of this bait on the lake. Kurdo, Molchanovsky district, Tomsk region.

The owner of the base on this lake is my old friend.

In mid-November, at the height of 30 degree frosts, he called me, said that the ice was already safe, and Perch was being caught and invited me to visit him for fishing.

The departure, by a crew of two people, was scheduled for 3 a.m. on November 24.

The road (and I consider loading the car already part of the road) began with a powerful joke...

Late in the evening of November 23, on the eve of departure, having collected everything on the list for the road, I carried it to the elevator, and then dragged it across the entire yard to the car: two 50-liter thermos boxes for fish, boots, a bag with a winter suit, a bag with things and fishing box

Already near the car, “with joyful surprise,” I discovered that the keys and alarm were left in the apartment!…

Since the Gypsy Trail runs through our yard, and the prospect of catching Siberian Hindus in the dark seemed to me “below average pleasure,” I shouldered all the above junk and made my way back to the elevator, and then to the apartment. I took the keys and dragged everything back to the car...

Along the way, I came up with at least fifty compliments to my own brain, of which at most 2-3 could be published in this article, without the prospect of being banned from “Eternal Ages”!!….

According to the departure schedule, at 03:00 I parked at the entrance of the second participant of the Expedition. Having quickly loaded his junk into the belly of my car, we set off...

The mood was high.

We drove into the night towards Blizzard and Fishing Adventures.

The life-affirming music of my favorite rockers SWEET from the 1974 album Fanny Adams finally drove away the remnants of sleep.

The Northern Bypass route was pristinely unclean, heavy snow provided minimal visibility, the roadside was practically invisible, and reckless Truckers added adrenaline to the blood...

In such weather conditions, we decided not to take risks (since both of us had repeatedly witnessed people packing in black bags on the side of the road) and continued our journey at a cruising speed of 60-80 km/h.

There was plenty of time: we listened to the good old Hard Rock, remembered the times when people who were no longer young were young and created, really Created Such Brilliant Things on stage... when Rock was young, tough and grass-smoking Sincere...

... in contrast to modern pop music with its homosexual-syphilis tendencies...

Alexey told me about his Military Epics, and I told him about my Sea Odysseys... so unnoticed time flew by on the road.

Dawn did not bring any relief while driving: the road was not cleared, oncoming cars suddenly appeared from clouds of snow dust, trucks made it impossible to safely overtake them, there were many cars in ditches...

By the end of the trip our car looked something like this.

Closer to 10 o'clock in the morning we arrived in the Village of Hero Molchanovo.

We bought more provisions, changed into fishing clothes on the “Wise Pescara”, parked the car, loaded into Buran

and moved across the Ob to the lake. Kurdo.

Chapter 3. Pike and Live bait.

Upon arriving at the lake, the first thing we did was build an orange Cottage, catch some live bait, and set out two lines of jigs.

The girders were placed in two lines to cover different depths - and, in general, they were right.

By the time it got dark on the first day, we already had 7 Pike.

In the following days, the activity of Pike and the effectiveness of bites on the girders decreased significantly, not only for us, but for all anglers on the lake.

Moreover, absolutely everyone noted an interesting trend: on the girders that were not frozen and did not work, the live bait was torn to such an extent that it was scary to look at them!

The share of this trend was approximately 20% of the total number of exhibited zherlits!

We decided to take the path of reducing the size of the live bait so that Toothy would not torment it, but would swallow it like candy, and things went smoothly - the number of bites realized increased significantly.

However, bringing to life the idea of reducing the size of live bait turned out to be not so easy...

Because, as a rule, things went like this:

Here it is:

In addition, small live bait was extremely necessary to reduce the number of Idle triggers, i.e. when large baitfish or live bait with an “active life position” independently ensured the triggering of the girder, without waiting for the Pike to approach.

When we were incredibly lucky and the God of the Lake sent us chubs and roaches that fit into the live bait concept, we quickly exchanged those Torn to pieces in the Abyss for new ones Waiting in the Depth...

When loading the girders, we used only doubles and this method of attaching live bait:

This method of attachment does not injure live bait, makes it easier to remove hooks from fish and replace leashes, and also eliminates the use of carabiners.

In addition, it is well known that the Pike initially grabs the bait from the side, swims with it for some distance and only after that begins to swallow it from the Head.

With this method of attaching live bait, the pike is not impaled on the hook (as in the tee method behind the back).

All the Pike we caught had a double either deep in the gills or already in the esophagus. There were no gatherings.

When refreshing live bait, the results were usually not long in coming.

The zherlitsy fired one after another...

...and brought us Toothy Beauties!

Time flew by very quickly in the bustle and rush, already at dusk we loaded fresh live bait for the night and returned to Base.

Chapter 4. Pyzdrik Attacks.

We began to implement the main task of the trip - testing rigs with Pyzdrik - on the second day of our stay at the Base.

At dawn we were in that section of the water area where on Sunday (four days ago) Perch had been caught with bags.

Having drilled 3-4 l/r (the technical abbreviation stands for holes on the snout) and fed them with mormysh, we started fishing for Malka.

For a very long time we didn’t see any bites at all, then we started seeing not even Sailors, but Yoongi...

This went on for almost two hours.

I got sad….., and then my friend Alexey catches the child Chebak with Pyzdrik!…

I immediately came up with a (as it later turned out to be a Brilliant) Plan.

Point by point, the gist of it boiled down to the following:

1. Spit on catching Perch, since it is not caught and progress in this matter is not planned.

2. Return to the orange Cottage.

3. Pour Cognac.

4. Try to catch not Perch, but Soroga with Fry in comfort and warmth on baited and prayed holes.

Having implemented the first three points of the Plan, we unwound the fishing rods with Pyzdrev rigs and moved on to the fourth.

The first 20 minutes did not bring any results, with the exception of two Young suicides on Malka...., but we did not give up and selected wiring options, because we knew that flocks of Fat Chebaks were swimming under our feet!...

The first bite happened about half an hour later, Pyzdrik took 200g of Chebak and things started to go!…

Compared to fishing with a jig, bites on Pyzdrik occurred less frequently, but what I can say definitely is that the fish caught on it were Larger.

There were practically no small items.

If we needed live bait, we unwound fishing rods with jigs.

We only fished in a bag using rigs with Pyzrik!

The wiring on various rigs should be the same as on the standard use of these rigs - Balda, Spinner, Karakashka, Anchor, but the throws need to be made smoother and the pauses longer.

Malek Pyzdrik is a Suspender, when throwing the spinner (sinker) it goes up, and when the main load is lowered down, the whitebait smoothly falls on the retractable leash, or slowly slides down on the sliding equipment..., it was at this moment that the bites occurred...

Almost all of the bites were very gentle, almost imperceptible.

Since Malek is the basis of the diet of most fish, the Fish does not feel the catch, it does not Hit, but simply Sucks in the Malek and slowly swims about its Fish Business...

In terms of effectiveness, the above-described equipment worked as follows:

1. Equipment No. 1. It worked perfectly for Perch (in those shameful sizes that were caught on the day of fishing) and Large Chebak.

We caught perches on both twister and Pyzdrik. Chebak only sat on Pyzdrik.

Posting: several hits on the bottom, then several tosses, like a spinner with pauses of 3-5 seconds or more.

One fish was caught consistently, there was one hat-trick

And one take.

2. Equipment No. 2. She hasn’t shown herself properly yet. I only caught a couple of Sailors, I didn’t catch a single one. However, I think that it was simply not the Day of this equipment and with proper activity of the Perch, this equipment will still manifest itself, but most likely only on the Perch.

3. Equipment No. 3. The “Finnish” rig is a good old proven classic.

I caught both Perch and Chebak quite well with suspended fry.

5. Equipment No. 4. I think that it has no fundamental differences from Equipment No. 1, and accordingly the indicators were similar: a large number of one fish (both for anchor and for fry) and a couple of takes.

6. Equipment No. 5. Excellent performance (both for anchor and fry). Lots of single fish, one hat-trick and a couple of doubles.

Chapter 5. Neighbors.

At my request and a long-established tradition at this Base, I am never housed with Blue and Noisy representatives of one of the regions of Siberia.

In principle, we can calm anyone down, but I think it’s unnecessary and troublesome.

In the evening of the first day of our stay, we smoked with the owner of the Base in the yard.

- Yurich, I’m sorry, but I’m forced to place two more people with you.

At my perplexed and questioning look, Sergei Valerievich quickly added:

- Non-drinkers - Non-drinkers, I remember!!! Now Sonny will bring Dad!…

In the distance, the sound of an imported snowmobile engine was heard, which was quickly approaching. Then the headlights appeared and a snowmobile quickly flew out of the cloud of snow dust...

I was stunned: a CHILD was driving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't help but capture this.

We met our new neighbors.

They turned out to be father and son Kanaev Vladimir Ivanovich and Andrey Vladimirovich, respectively.

Vladimir Ivanovich is a farmer and entrepreneur from the village of Rybalovo, Tomsk region.

Andrey Vladimirovich is a second grade student, 8 years old.

The time spent together showed that better neighbors could not have been wished for.

Every day in the evening after Fishing, we met in the living room.

We prepared dinner together: delicious dumplings from Their farm or Shurpa from chicken that we brought from Novosibirsk.

Over a glass of dry red, they talked about life and exchanged impressions about the past Day at Fishing.

It turned out that Andrei Vladimirovich has been familiar with technology for a long time.

From the age of two he was already driving a Pajero and a Quad bike, a four-wheel Niva, a five-wheeler, a jet ski, a snowmobile and a Belarus tractor.

We managed to record a short interview with Andrei Vladimirovich.

Unfortunately, the strong wind does not allow me to hear all the words, and I don’t know how to insert captions, so below I will add everything in the form of dialogue.

-Dear friends! On this trip we managed to meet some very interesting people. My new Friend's name is Andrey Vladimirovich. -Andrey Vladimirovich, they say that in addition to a snowmobile, you drive a lot of other equipment. Please tell me which one.

— I can drive a car, I can drive a motorcycle, an ATV, a jet ski...

-And you drive a tractor in Belarus...

- Well, yes.

- Will you take us to Fishing?

-Certainly.

- Well, then – start it!..

Usually the Kanaevs left in the morning, to some distant lakes and returned in the evening. Comparing the size of the catch, we were surprised to see that the Son was not inferior to the Father in this either.

On the day before leaving, Father went to rent tents for a long distance trip, and we begged him to put up a tent for Andrey next to ours. On the last day, it was decided to go mormyshing.

I am absolutely officially reporting that this eight-year-old Child was on a “Night to Nostril” catch with us and did not need a Handicap!!

He constantly came with us to check the girders.

And he gave invaluable advice, such as:

- If you catch a Pike, then you need to give it a stick to the Melon so that it opens its mouth!! And if it’s not enough, then you have to give it one more time!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Kanaevs once again for the wonderful time spent together. May God grant everyone such neighbors and fellow travelers! Well, specifically you and I will go fishing together - we will go again and again!

Vladimir Ivanovich, I simply bow to your talent to raise such a Child!

Calm, Smart, Nature-loving and, of course, Talented!

And this is against the bleak background of the truly drug addiction of modern children to electronic gadgets.

On the last day of fishing, we only managed to fish for a couple of hours, since we had to remove the girders and prepare for departure.

During these two hours, we simply took our Soul away from jig fishing.

The result of our Fishing for two over three days was 24 Pike from 1 to 3 kg and a bag of selected Chebak.

Pre-departure photo for memory:

Our New Friends kindly gave us a ride back to Molchanovo.

There was heavy ice on the lakes, but the powerful Scandic easily overcame this misunderstanding...

The Kanaevs, like us, left their car at the Premudriye, so we said goodbye to them in the hotel parking lot.

We packed our car and headed back.

The road home was not much different from the road to Molchanovo:

Blizzard, snow drifts on the road, many vacationers in ditches...

By 23:00 we were in Novosibirsk.

Afterword.

Fishing has always been and will be an excellent testing ground for Experimentation and Creativity.

Try!

Go for it!

And you will definitely be lucky!

....sincerely yours A.Yu...

Tactics and techniques for catching perch with a baitfish in winter

Pyzdrik is considered one of the most effective bait options for predatory fish. It looks like the small fish that perch feed on, and due to its light weight and dimensions, the behavior of the decoy is as similar as possible to a real fish. Perch is an aggressive fish that reacts to external stimuli. Provided there are short twitches with an amplitude within 5-10 seconds, the perch will certainly react to the bait.

Initially, the pyzdrik was a bottom bait, but over time it turned out that the catchability was equally high at any depth. If desired, bloodworms are attached to the bait, which will make fishing more effective.

Professional fishermen claim that a pyzdrik combined with a sharaga or a bulldozer guarantees results when fishing with a pyzdrik in winter. In winter, perch becomes aggressive and curious, so catching it with bait is not difficult. The only caveat is that they first place a weight that will hold the bait in the water column, ensuring its maneuverability. Any bait is used as a weighting agent, including catching perch in winter with a jig, spoon or balancer.

Experts recommend catching perch in winter in conjunction with basic gear. In this situation, fishing efficiency increases. The fiddlehead plays the role of both an attracting factor that will make the fish want to hunt, and as the main bait.

To catch perch from the ice using a baitfish, choose places near abundant vegetation. If fishing takes place on a river, then they look for dumps on the border of currents, as well as areas with snags. Fish in such zones do not lie to the bottom with the first frost, so fishing will be as effective as possible.

Equipment options

Loaded

Since the bait is light in weight, it is difficult to fish with it without any weight; only when fishing in shallow water can you use an unloaded bait. One of the rigging options is a combination of a load and a wad, which is tied on a short leash above the load.

With a spinner

The combination of a spinner and a spinner is a very catchy rig. If the fish is active, then it can bite the spoon, and doublets often occur. When catching passive fish, the spoon plays the role of an irritant that attracts fish, but it only bites on the minnow. Instead of a spinner, you can use a balancer.

With jig

You can tie a jig on a short leash above a jig with a nozzle or a reelless one, and this option will also be successful.

Finnish equipment

When fishing with a Finnish rig, a winter spoon is also used, but the hanging hook is removed from it. The pyzdrik is tied on a leash about half a meter long to the rear winding hook of the spinner. The spinner attracts fish with its play, which is offered a delicious puffball as bait.

Sliding equipment

Sliding equipment assumes that the plug is put on the main fishing line. After the lure is swung or dropped, the lure slowly moves down the line. It is advisable to limit the section of fishing line along which the squirrel moves with stoppers - silicone or made from fishing line.

Equipment “balda”

When fishing with a bulldozer, instead of hooks with beads, cambrics or beads, they use puffs, which significantly increases the catchability of the equipment.

Attention! When fishing with most rigs, the diameter of the main line can be any. The thickness of the leash on which the pigtail is attached should not exceed 0.14 mm.

Do-it-yourself perch pie

Despite the popularity of Zuev's fry, it is difficult to find it in specialized stores. Lures of this format are made at home, so it is important for anglers to know how to make it. Let's look at the main points that are used to create a do-it-yourself puffball.

Tools and materials

To make pyzdrik bait at home, you will need to stock up on the following tools:

  • clamp, tweezers and small scissors;
  • ultraviolet varnish and special UV lamp;
  • hook with a long shank;
  • mounting thread made of nylon with a minimum thickness;
  • markers or waterproof felt-tip pens in black and red;
  • shiny twisted fibers used to make flies (twisted Flash);
  • thick fishing line or a transparent plastic stick no more than 1 mm thick for making eyes.

If desired, the fisherman can replace the proposed materials and tools if he plans to create a bait using his own technology.

Manufacturing process

Pyzdrik has small dimensions, so during the production process it requires a special approach, care and precision. To create an effective bait, follow this procedure:

  1. A hook with a long shank is secured in the clamp with its point. To perform subsequent operations, hold the resulting workpiece with one hand.
  2. The eyes of the bait are made from thick fishing line or a small plastic stick.
  3. A nylon thread is attached to the ring of the hook, and then it is wound around the shank as tightly as possible.
  4. The eye blank is positioned perpendicular to the fore-end and secured with nylon thread. To keep the blende even, it is recommended to hold the eyes with tweezers.
  5. After securing the eye, the thread is wound along the shank until the hook bends.
  6. A bundle of twisted Flash fiber is applied to the forend. The tail of the future bait is formed from it, which is secured with a nylon thread.
  7. The remainder of the Flash fiber is wrapped tightly around the shank to the hook. Having brought the fibers to the head of the workpiece, the eyes are wrapped. After this, the workpiece is once again wrapped in twisted fibers.
  8. Ultraviolet gel polish is applied to the workpiece. After this, it is placed under a UV lamp until complete polymerization.
  9. Using a waterproof marker, a drawing is applied to the workpiece and the eyes are drawn. After this, the workpiece is once again coated with a layer of gel polish and sent to harden under a lamp.
  10. On the inside of the fry, the abdomen is drawn with a red marker, and a layer of gel polish is applied to it.

Repeat the polymerization cycle several times. This is necessary to create a decoy that is as identical as possible to a small fish. The bait has minimal weight, so to quickly move the gear in the water, attach a small weight to the bait. Its role can be played by a spinner, an anchor or another element.

Bait testing

After the bait blank is ready, you need to check it. It is more convenient to do this in a barrel of water, an aquarium or a bathtub. If the snag is made correctly, it will have constant and uninterrupted movements during various types of play, and the fibers of the tail will have high mobility. This will allow you to spend winter fishing for perch with maximum success.

If the fry falls over during the fight, this indicates a shift in the center of gravity. In this situation, it is necessary to correct this problem by removing some of the material to stabilize it. If there is low mobility of the tail, the fibers stick together, then the blende will have to be redone.

Pyzdrik is a unique miniature bait for perch and other predatory fish. Thanks to the advantageous combination of appearance, mobility and low weight, it demonstrates high efficiency in comparison with other decoys. The full potential of catching perch with a jackpot has not yet been determined. Therefore, every fisherman can create his own version of fishing, which will be characterized by success.

Advantages and disadvantages

The advantages of the “puffy” bait are as follows:

  • high catchability;
  • opportunity to catch several types of fish;
  • Possibility of use in combination with various equipment;
  • the ability to fish without animal bait.

There are practically no disadvantages to the bait, except that it is sometimes quite difficult to buy a good bait in a store, and not everyone can make it themselves.

Interesting! Nowadays, the use of the jig is no longer limited to ice fishing. Pyzdriki are successfully used when fishing with float and fly fishing tackle, in microjig, on a retractable leash and Carolina rig.
