Preparation
Remove the zest from one lemon and squeeze the juice out of it, cut the second into slices.
Mix the zest and juice with chopped garlic, oil, spices and chopped thyme. Remove the tail and head from the fish, then rinse it thoroughly outside and inside. Make several shallow transverse cuts on the carcass. Rub pink salmon with salt and pepper and coat well with marinade. Insert lemon slices into the slits and place the remaining ones inside. Then put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30–40 minutes.
Place pink salmon in foil and wrap tightly. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200°C. Then open the foil and cook for the same amount.
Pink salmon baked in pieces in foil
Pink salmon pieces are baked in foil, because it is cooked in its own juice, which is important for those who adhere to the principles of a healthy diet. Pre-marinate the fish in onion sauce. We will bake in portions, wrapping each piece in foil. It's very tasty, try it!
Ingredients:
- Pink salmon – 1 carcass.
- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.
- Garlic – 3 cloves.
- Lemon – ½ pc.
- Salt and spices to taste.
Cooking process:
- Clean the pink salmon from scales, remove the entrails, head and fins, rinse and cut into portions up to 3 cm thick.
- Place the fish pieces in the container in which you will marinate it.
- Peel the onions and chop them on a grater or in a blender bowl.
- Transfer the onion mixture to the fish, add soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon, minced garlic, a little vegetable oil and mix everything well.
- Cover the container with the fish and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate the fish.
- After this time, cut the foil into square pieces.
- Place pickled pink salmon on each piece of foil. Wrap the foil tightly in an envelope so that the marinade cannot evaporate.
- Place the envelopes with fish on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

- leeks, white and green parts, sliced - 2;
- 15 cloves garlic, minced or finely chopped;
- sea salt and pepper;
- fresh thyme - 4 tbsp. l. (or 2-3 tsp dried);
- young zucchini, diced - 2;
- large tomato, cut into cubes - 1;
- melted butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
- juice of 1 large lemon;
- half a cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves, stems removed;
- lemon wedges to garnish the dish.
Cooking process:
- You should preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, and prepare a voluminous sleeve for baking on a large baking sheet.
- It is necessary to generously sprinkle each piece of pink salmon with olive oil, then place the greased side into the prepared sleeve (the pieces should lie side by side and not overlap each other).
- Next you need to put half of the chopped garlic on the fish, season with pepper and salt, sprinkle with thyme.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the remaining chopped garlic with melted butter, a third of a glass of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika and pepper.
- Next, you need to put the vegetables in a large bowl or tray and pour over the prepared sauce, stir.
- After this, all the above ingredients must be placed on the fish and then fastened with a baking sleeve.

Cut the fish into medium cubes, the onion into small ones. Grate carrots and cheese on a coarse grater. Place pink salmon in a bowl. Add salt, add lemon juice, stir and leave in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onion for 3-5 minutes, then add the carrots and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Combine sour cream with horseradish, salt and pepper.

- pink salmon;
- 2 onions;
- 2 carrots;
- 200 g champignons;
- 50 ml sour cream;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 3.5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- a few sprigs of greenery.
Preparation:
- Clean the fish, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Then we make 2 cuts on both sides along the ridge and remove the rib bones. Sprinkle the inside and outside with salt and set aside for now.
- Chop the onion into cubes and sauté in a frying pan with butter until golden.
- Then add the grated carrots to the onion and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms into small cubes and fry separately from the vegetables until golden.
- Place the overcooked mushrooms in a bowl, add the fried vegetables and mix.
- As soon as the filling has cooled, add finely chopped dill and parsley, add salt and pepper, and mix.
