Remove the zest from one lemon and squeeze the juice out of it, cut the second into slices.
Mix the zest and juice with chopped garlic, oil, spices and chopped thyme. Remove the tail and head from the fish, then rinse it thoroughly outside and inside. Make several shallow transverse cuts on the carcass. Rub pink salmon with salt and pepper and coat well with marinade. Insert lemon slices into the slits and place the remaining ones inside. Then put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30–40 minutes.
