How to get to the reservoirs?

By private transport from the Moscow Ring Road we go to the first sign for the city of Chekhov, after which we turn right, and then, through the intersection, left.

We pass Chekhov and from the bridge over the Lopasnya River, turn right and drive to the village. Dubna.

The small reservoir near the village of Leonovo is new; it opened in mid-2011. Vysokovo

The second reservoir is located near the village of Vysokovo and is of artificial origin. The depth is significantly less than in Leonovo, the maximum in some places reaches 2.2 meters.

However, the area of ​​the reservoir is much larger and amounts to 8.5 hectares; the banks are virtually flat throughout its entire territory. The local fish pleases with its diversity; in total, you can find more than 20 different species here. The most popular prey is pike, trout, carp, various types of carp, catfish, carp and silver carp. The fishing season does not close throughout the year; many people come here specifically for winter fishing; their favorite prey at this time of year is trout.

How to get to the base

Both reservoirs located on the territory of Gold Fish are within transport accessibility, and if you have a car, getting to them will not be difficult.

The route is detailed below:

1. Drive from the Moscow Ring Road to the first sign that will show the direction towards the city of Chekhov. You can meet him at kilometer 64.
2. Near the sign, turn left.
3. Drive another 2 kilometers and at the fork turn left again.
4. Get to the city of Chekhov.
5. Inside the city, get to the bridge over the Lopasnya River and turn right.
6. Get to Dubna.
7. Inside Dubna, go straight until the fork, then turn left and go towards Stremilovo.
8. Continue along the main road and drive 14 kilometers, after which you will reach the Vysokovo reservoir.
9. If you drive along the same road for about 6.5 kilometers, you can get to the Leonovo reservoir.
