  • Sift the flour, mix it with salt and pepper. You can also add a little dried dill to the flour.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the caviar on it. Fry it over low heat for 5 minutes, then turn it over and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

  1. First, we process crucian carp caviar. It is covered with a thin film that needs to be removed. To do this, tear the film with a fork and, stirring with your hands, try to strain it through your fingers. If that doesn’t work, you can rub it through a large metal sieve or colander. We definitely remove the film, because with it the dish can taste bitter and be harsh.
  2. After this, you need to lightly salt it, sprinkle with lemon juice, and roll in flour.
  3. Then you need to very carefully pour it into a hot frying pan with sunflower oil.
  4. Fry on both sides, 3 minutes on each side.

If you want to make the dish more spicy, you can use spices - red and black pepper, chili, curry and others.

How to cook crucian caviar with sour cream in the oven?
