The most catchable place used for fishing in winter is located in the area of bays and near the mouth of the Katysh River, which flows here from the right side. These areas are quite deep. If you stand along the riverbed, you can catch quite a large perch, roach, and sometimes pike.

Fish bite most actively in the Istra Reservoir towards the end of winter - in the second half of February and early March. How to get there?

This section is the cleanest in the entire reservoir, and it is also located in a picturesque place where the Nudol River flows into it. As a result, you will be able to get to a T-shaped intersection , at which you will have to turn towards the village of Buzharovo. They travel along it through the villages of Sinevo and Nikitskoye.
